TNT will present seven Winston Cup Series races during the 2001 NASCAR season, including two races in prime-time, totaling more than 30 hours of coverage from Turner Sports. The new Winston Cup schedule begins on July 22 at New Hampshire International Speedway.

The highlight of TNT's coverage includes four consecutive weeks of Winston Cup action beginning on August 19 at Michigan International Speedway. All Winston Cup races on TNT will be preceded by a thirty-minute pre-race show.
