TNT’s Coverage of PGA Championship Sets Record Third Round Rating and Record Final Round Household Delivery Turner Network Television (TNT) posted strong sports performances by the 2001 PGA Championship coverage for the week ending August 19. The four-day PGA Championship event (Aug. 16-19) was highlighted by a TNT/TBS Superstation record 2.3 rating for third-round coverage on Saturday, Aug. 18, from 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. (ET). The final round on Sunday, Aug. 19, produced a record household delivery of 2,173,000 and a 2.7 rating, which tied the previous final round ratings high from 1991.
