Rashaan Shehee rushed for an Aloha Bowl-record 193 yards and two touchdowns and the Huskies defense returned two interceptions for scores as Washington destroyed Michigan State, 51-23, in Honolulu.

The Spartans of Michigan State have two RBs to carry them, Sedrick Irvin and Marc Renaud, both of whom average better than 5 yards per carry. Washington WR Jerome Pathon (69 catches) is the favorite target of QB Brock Huard (23 TDs, 10 INTs).

Washington dropped steadily in the polls this year, losing its final three games to Oregon, Washington State and UCLA. But the Huskies are still dangerous, averaging more than 33 points a game. And the Spartans? It's hard to figure out a team that loses t o Purdue and Northwestern but smashes Penn State and Notre Dame.
