POSITIVES: Strong short-yardage runner who picks up the tough yards on the inside. Displays good vision and finds the running lanes and small seams in the defense. Works runs, breaks tackles, and picks up a lot of yardage off initial contact. Tough to bring down and rarely tackled by the first defender. Effectively picks up blitzes in pass protection.

NEGATIVES: Straight-line ball-carrier who loses momentum when he must immediately change direction or cut back. Not an elusive ball-carrier who creates yardage. Average receiver.

ANALYSIS: Parmele possesses outstanding size/speed numbers and has shown improvement in his game over the past two seasons. He offers a good amount of upside potential and could find a spot at the next level if he consistently plays to his ability.
