BIOGRAPHY: Four-year starter who totaled 46/6/1 as a senior after 19/2.5/1 the previous year. Played in just nine games as a junior before missing the rest of the season with a torn ACL, an injury he struggled with early in his senior campaign.
POSITIVES: Big, forceful interior defender who flashes dominance. Strong at the point, gets off the snap with an explosive first step, and fires through the gaps up the field. Changes direction well, fluid moving about the field, and has a closing burst. Wraps up when tackling and easily brings ball-carriers down on initial contact.
NEGATIVES: Gets tall as the action proceeds and does not consistently play with good pad level. Rumbles about the field. Gets lazy with his hands. Does not play with fire and takes downs off.
ANALYSIS: Bryant has the physical skills necessary to be a dominant interior defensive lineman and he offers starting potential. He was an unstoppable force at the Senior Bowl, then he turned in a terrific performance at the combine. He can produce at the next level if he keeps a high level of consistency.
